Avoir une pensée positif .Comment? Have a positive thought. How?Have a positive thought. How?

(Chapitre 1 )

Sorry for quoting the entire article. Do you know whether there have been any studies on the loss of Memory for those with A.E.D (Anti-epileptic Drugs) – and what might possibly be done, because this is a progressive problem from which I suffer – or experience?
It affects my short term memory and has given me Aphasia which is very annoying also I cannot always remember improper nouns. I still remember what I have learnt and what I learn since those things are at another level of Memory. I also have Bipolar Affective Disorder, also brought on because epilepsy damages the Neurotransmitters in my Brain which deal with mood.
    Merci beaucoup

    1. Dear Andrew Blair ,no problem for quoting the entire article..

      Best regards.
